We are pleased to annouce that North East Lincolnshire Council have approved our planning application for three modern detached homes on The Avenue in Healing, designed by James Lockwood of ID Architecture. Tapley Homes are delighted to have the greenlight for this prestigious project in such an attractive location.

Construction is expected to start in Spring 2017 with completion anticipated in early 2018.

There is already a considerable amount of off-plan interest from home buyers (the house on Plot 3 has already been reserved).
